Border Town between two worlds contrasts
To the north the plain of the Landes, south, rich hillsides of Chalosse. The Adour border between these two regions, has largely contributed to the development of the city. This city , has managed to preserve its architectural patrimony in spite of the turmoil and wars. Saint Sever is also a place where different gastronomic festivities are linked to poultry or foie gras.
